Restaurant Navigare

We had an excellent dinner at Restaurant Navigare, and it’s easy to see why it’s consistently ranked among the top spots in Milna. Located right at the ACI Marina, the setting is beautiful and relaxed, with views over the boats and a warm, inviting stone interior. The atmosphere is stylish but unpretentious—perfect for both a casual evening and a special dinner. The dentex I had was simply perfect—grilled to a tender, flavorful finish with just the right char. It was honestly one of the best-prepared fish dishes I’ve had on the Dalmatian coast. Every detail felt thoughtfully executed, from the doneness of the fish to the side accompaniments. Service was just as impressive: attentive, polite, and warm, without ever feeling overbearing. The staff genuinely cared about the experience, which made the meal feel even more special. Other guests seem to agree—reviews frequently highlight the freshness of ingredients, open grill kitchen, and a menu filled with Mediterranean and Croatian favorites like grilled tuna, ribeye steak, mussels, octopus, seafood pasta, and lamb chops. Many also praise the dessert selection (including a great cheesecake and chocolate lava cake), and the well-curated wine list featuring both Croatian and international bottles. What really sets Navigare apart, aside from the food, is its combination of location, ambiance, and service. It’s a place where you feel welcome, enjoy a high-quality meal, and get to soak in the charm of Milna’s marina setting. I wouldn’t hesitate to return—and next time, I’ll definitely save room for dessert and explore more of the wine list. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Brač and looking for an authentic, elevated, but still relaxed dining experience by the sea.

The fish was quite something! But the steak… it was emotional!

Eight of us turned up, hopeful. They quickly fixed us a table and served water. Soon the order was taken. Service was swift and efficient. The food was tasty and well prepared. The house wine pleasant and very acceptable. Overall the experience was delightful. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming. Just the fish is a bit salty, but it’s very fresh. Love to have a cat around ：）

We visited restaurant Navigare twice at the end of the season and both times, it was lovely. We had grilled fish, veal cutlets, black octopus risotto, lamb peka, lava chocolate cake and cheesecake - everything was delicious. We also had a lot of fun - the waitress (sadly we don't know her name) was very nice to talk to. The restaurant itself has a wonderful view and location right within the Milna marina.

We came here for luch and were very satisfied with the service and food. The waitress serving us was very friendly, we enjoyed our time and would happily come here again.

Our favorite restaurant in Milna! Been going here for years! Absolutely love the food. The restaurant also have a very good atmosphere. Recommend tuna carpaccio, lamb chops, everything they grill and of course the pasta!

Service was amazing and the food was really good! They had great Croatian wine and a good selection of seafood. Highly recommend if you’re in milna!
